Care Advice

Full Grain Leather

Use an all-natural leather cleaning agent and microfiber cloth to buff out minor stains. Always allow leather to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat. For the footbed, use a natural, fragrance-free baby wipe. Apply a water and stain repellent non-silicone leather spray to weatherproof—place a towel inside the shoe to protect the sole before spraying.

Metallic Leathers

Wipe gently with a dry cloth to remove dirt and dust. Lightly dampen the cloth with water and wipe again. Allow to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat. Do not use water or stain repellent sprays on metallic leathers.

Glitter

Water is the main threat to glitter shoes, as the adhesive is not waterproof or water-resistant. Avoid exposing these shoes to water. Glitter will naturally shed if shoes are scraped or continuously rubbed in certain areas.

Suede and Nubuck Leathers

Use a rubber pencil eraser to gently remove dirt spots and smudges. Brush lightly with a soft suede brush, always in the same direction—brushing in different directions can cause discoloration or pilling. Do not use wire brushes or polish. Weatherproof with a water and stain repellent spray designed for suede. Place a towel inside the shoe to protect the sole before spraying.

Canvas

Wipe stained areas gently with a damp cloth and a drop of gentle soap. Follow with a damp cloth of plain water to remove excess soap. Allow to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat, to prevent warping or shrinking.
