Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your package arrives or is collected from the post office to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Complete with all accessories and documentation

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Return

Email info@suvesuss.ee to notify us of your return before sending your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Include your order number and contact information with your return.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. To change your item, return it and place a new order.

Refunds

Once received, your return will be inspected. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
