Processing time 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping destinations 

We ship within the European Union and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times 

Delivery times vary depending on location:

– Estonia: 1–3 business days 

– European Union: 3–7 business days 

– International: 7–14 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. 

Carriers 

We use trusted shipping partners such as Smartposti, Omniva, Unisend, DPD, DHL, and UPS.

Customs, duties, and taxes 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking information 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays 

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or damaged shipments 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@suvesuss.ee  within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
