Returns

If the ordered item does not suit you for any reason, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receiving the package.

To return an item, you must submit a free-form withdrawal notice from the purchase and send it to info@suvesuss.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

The cost of returning the item is covered by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item does not match what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective item).

If a return code is used, we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount to be refunded to you. To return using a return code, please read the four points below regarding returns with different delivery methods.

If you wish to use our return code, you can conveniently return the item to a SmartPosti, Omniva, Unisend, or DPD parcel locker.

 

1) If you ordered the item to a SmartPosti parcel locker 

For SmartPosti, we have a contracted return service, which means you do not need to pay separately at the time of returning the item.

*Blue parcel locker – Keep the SmartPosti label on the package. Select "Return a parcel" from the parcel locker menu and enter the same code you used to collect the package. Place the package in the locker, close the door, and confirm the return on the screen.

NB! You will need the same door code that you used to collect the item previously.

*White parcel locker – The return must be processed online in the SmartPosti self-service environment. Select "Return" from the menu, enter the parcel code (barcode), and fill in the required fields.

 

2) If you ordered the item to an Omniva parcel locker or via Omniva courier

For Omniva parcel lockers, we have a free return service, which means you do not need to pay separately at the time of returning the item.

Keep the Omniva label on the package! Select "Return a parcel" on the parcel locker screen and enter the return code received via SMS. Place the package in the open locker, close the door, and select "Confirm" on the screen.

 

3) If you ordered the item to a Unisend parcel locker

For Unisend parcel lockers, we have a free return service, which means you do not need to pay separately at the time of returning the item.

Select "Return a parcel" on the parcel locker screen and enter the return code received via SMS. The parcel locker will print a new shipping label, which must be affixed to the package, then scanned at the parcel locker, and the package placed inside.

 

4) If you ordered the item to a DPD parcel locker

For DPD, we have a contracted return service, which means you do not need to pay separately at the time of returning the item.

After receiving the package, DPD will send the PIN code required for returning the package via SMS. Remove the old DPD sticker from the package. Enter the PIN code received via SMS at the parcel locker, and the locker will print a new shipping label, which must be affixed to the package — you can then place the package in the parcel locker.
